Kick off event info

Hi a few quick questions

* where will the kick off event vidoe be posted?
* where can I find the video demos of the 3 presented demos at kick off: generic meeting, water cooler, classroom?
* start is 8th of November - will a team be penalised if it creates a git repo now to get some ideas together? or is there a strict rule that no code is to be written till 8th November?
