SIDE QUEST #4 | CLOUDINARY CHALLENGE: IMAGE TRANSFORMATIONS Resource link shows error, "Unable to log in"

I created an account on Cloudinary using the link provided and then tried to access the link, "https://training.cloudinary.com/learn/course/creating-your-employee-headshot/lesson/tutorial-0547?client=employee-training". But it says "unable to log in". How can I know that how to complete the challenge?
